Planting melia dubia during mansoon is the best, as the growth is maximum during this period.

Melia Dubia is a very fast growing tree which if maintained well will attain girth of 3.5feet to 4feet in 8years plus.
The tree attains a height of minimum 20feet in the first few years.
At that time one feet height with girth of 4feet is 1cubic feet .
And 20 feet height means 20cubic feet.
The price of 1 cubic feet is around 500Rs , so 1 tree can give on an average of around 15 to 20cubic feet.
Hence attaining a very good price for 1 tree.
The same calculated for 1 Acre is a very high value.
So plant melia dubia and earn good returns.
