Market of sapota for preparation of chewing gum

Dear All,

Is there a market(in India) for Sapota being used for the production of chickle which is a gum like substance obtained from latex and is mainly used for preparation of chewing gum.

How are the returns when compared to selling it as a ripened fruit ?
