1)In rainy season fungal growth may take place. So leaves dry and fall. Spray BOXLOGDOLL(or local medicine available at agricultural seeds, insecticides and medicines shop) for fungal- 75gram / 15lit – dilute in little water and then pour that water in pump.
2)Also there may be worms in the soft new parts of plant. Cut the infected tender parts till there is no worm in the plant and then Spray ENDOSULPANE (mild insectecide)15-20ml in 10 lit water.
3)strong insecticide for worms that bore holes in stem-NUREL D-for boring worms 1.75ml/lit = 27ml/15lit but max-30ml/15lit.
4)There should be no rainfall for at least 6-7 hours after spraying, so the liquid sprayed should dry on the plant leaf surface.
5)Mango plant stem grows thicker and stronger in the rainy season and their growth heightwise is less.
IMPORTANT NOTE:PLEASE SEEK EXPERT ADVISE BEFORE USING THE ABOVE INSECTICIDES. EXCESS AMOUNTS OF INSECTICIDES CAN BURN THE WHOLE PLANT.

Also you will have to check if any termites or rats are ther in the area. Dig a little amount near the plant root and ckeck if ant white ants(termites are there). Sprinkle some FOLIDOL POWDER on the ground near the plant but 6 inches away from the stem. This will keep all insects , termites ants away.

May be due to mealy bug. Try biopesticide like Biosoft. 4gm per liter of water. Spray the solution and drench it in soil near stem of the graft.
