Timber tree plantations

The tree plantations is nice thing and wise investment now a days.Some body posted that mangium is not feasible and good returns.In australia the acasia mangium is the familer timber for all purpose like frmes of entrance ,windows ,doors &etc.Becasue there was no teak teak timber.In india the teak timber is very familier .so very body thinks about teak.Now in india the acasia mangium were cultivated in little.Normally acasia mangium will grows in the hilly area because its requires some mositure with chillnes.But in plain area its grows well with slight variation in growth.But every farmers & planters will very carefull in selection of seeds/seedlings/saplings intially.This is vital and mojor role in tree plantations.In this point every body failed .but i dnt know the reason.We are designed three type of plantations as follows
1.Longternm investment plan;
The teak ,Mangium,sandalwood,redsanders,rosewood,Indian kinowood etc.
2.Short term investment plan;
The melia dubia(hillneem),Gmelina arborea,eugaliptus,casurina & bamboos
3.Midterm investment plan:
The Balaji lemon,PKM -I tamrind,Bahawa ginat nandini pomegranate,sapota,mango,DxT raamganga coconut (tender coconut aswellas matured coconut),Seetha pal,rangpur Mosambi & medicinal plants
