We want to start 50 tons maize processing industry in Raipur [c.g.] Please send turneky project about establishment of maize processing unit and we want to produce starch powder mainey so kindly state which method we can used for manufacturing of starch from maize and also say future of this type of food processing industry in Raipur [c.g.] in INDIA

Wet milling method is best or Dry milling method is best. Kindly say about milling method and also state address of supplier of plant and machinery of maize processing industry at the chepaset rate and say all other information regarding maize processing industry.

I had done some research & didn't pursue further on starch processing. THe minimum viable qty will be atleast 150 TPD and will cost you around 20 C (approx).
Wet milling method as mentioned above.

If you have the technology & resources, go for starch & its derivatives.
