Wanted Looking to buy saplings for new farm

Greetings,
I would like to develop a farm land which no cultivation over decades and would like to plants.
The location is salem district, and land full of soft rocks (baldress? called) and planning for borewell, and solar power.

What would the recommended plants with minimum water, which withstand the temperature, and availability of saplings.
