Land Required Looking for land in Coorg

I am looking for a coffee estate in coorg around 5 acres or more and my budget is around 80 lakhs.
Neglected coffee too is fine preferably sagu land and it needs to have a panchayat road access as I plan to build a house and live on the land.
Any help would be appriciated.
