Dear All Agri Lovers,
We have 10 acres of fully developed coconut farm with the following infrastructure,
1. 8 Feet compound wall with security gate,
2. 500 fully grown (almost 20 years old) coconut trees giving a fresh organic 75000 coconuts every year.
3. Four Bore wells with each 2" of water delivery.
4. Completely drip irrigation facility.
5. One 35 HP Massey Ferguson Tractor for all cultivation needs.
6. 3 Servant quarters to accommodate 3 labour families.
7. One 1 BHK to stay there in case of requirement.
We are looking for some genuinely interested Partners who can join us directly (Full-Time) or indirectly (As a sleeping partner) for implementing a Calf rearing project with 100 HF calves. The farm is situated just 34 kms from Bangalore on Doddaballapur road near Rajunkunte. The total investment required would be Rs 40 Lakhs for 100 Calves & the return on investment would be approximately 50% p.a. The project details would be shared with the prospective investors along with the farm visit. Having 6 years of experience & expertise, we have sufficient knowledge to plan & execute the project.
