We are looking to hire Young Dynamic Farm Manager to handle 34 acres farm near Davangere, Karnataka with relevant experience in Agriculture and Horticulture.
The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of experience.
Responsibilities of Farm Manager.
1. Farm Manager will be looking over day to day activates.
2. Plan and implement water management techniques.
3. Coordinate with labors to complete the assigned tasks.
4. Use the latest and greatest technology for pre and post harvesting.
5. Plan and implement short term, midterm and long term crops.
6. Transform the farm into Organic and work with certification agency.
7. Mentor labors on the day to day activities.
8. Marketing and branding of the agriculture products.
9. Work with vendors on marketing the products.
10. Work with Consultants/experts on the latest technology on cost effective way.
11. Co-ordinate in building the infrastructure when required.
