Here is an option that i have which came across recently, the idea behind is for mutual benefit of the land owner and you.
If you are passionate about Animals husbandry and can spare about 2 lacs investment and running captial of labour and fodder growing expenses.
A simple deal we provide you the land with labour quarters, well & electricity.
All you do is buy few milch cows and goats and grow them in the farm for a year, you get your self a hands on experience and also can decided if you want to start this as your business.
you can pay the owner a percentage on the milk yeild per month say 10% this can be confirmed once spoken with the owner.
End of the year you can take back your cows & calves or sell them, as for the goats when they litter you give the land owner only the kids 50% of them, you take back or sell the orginal stock and 50% of the kids.
This is just for a year. based on mutal understanding with owner you take it forward.
The whole idea is that the land is put to use for the owner and you gaining experience and exposure in thsi field.
One very strict condition would is to not use too much of harmful chemicals on the land, and appreciated partial organic method.
