Looking for an Investor

Sri Lanka has plenty of fresh water resources and ample undeveloped lands.
I am looking for an investor who has experience with Tiger Prawn (Peneus monodon) culture in fresh water through acclimatization.Like in Andra pradesh.
I would provide the lands and the investor should look after all the other involvements.
