Looking for 10 acres of Land for Dairy Farm

We are looking for an Agri land around Bangalore (within 1-2hr or within 50km drive from Bangalore), requirement is 10 acres of land to start a Dairy Farm, out of the 10 acres we are looking to buy 2 acres and rest on lease for a min of 7 year.
If the owner of the land is interested to join hands in the business they are welcomed
The Dairy farm we plan to set up is to peak to 100 in the next 1.5 years.
I am also looking for any sample project reports for 100 cow business.

we have 5 acres of agril land very close to the town opposite to betraya swamy temple.

A big lake is there abetting the land .Well connected by tar ROAD. Balance of land can be take n on lease
