Looking for 1 to 2 acres of land for an orphanage

I am looking for 1 to 2 acres of agricultural land to construct and run an orphanage.
Requirements

a. Anywhere between Pathikonda and Palamaner (on the Bangalore to Chittoor highway)
b. Should be within 7 kms from the highway
c. Good water supply
d. Not more than 3 kms from any good high school
