loan to buy agri land

i wato to buy 10 acres of agri land around 18 lakhs in tiruvannamalai dt. tamil nadu. but i have only 14 lakhs in hand. the agri land is not a even plane land it needs some more levelling and bore well for irrigation. i need finance assistance from banks but i did not know the procedures to approach the bank to get the loan. i need some advice from you, pls do the need ful.

Please approach the nearesst nationalised banks or NABARD the agriculture officer there will help you get a loan

You may pls contact SFAC Venture Capital posted in the News letter dated 10th Feb 11 Sl. no. 36. Looks like they fund for the agricultural activities. If this is beneficial, pls do reply
