I have got 6.5 acres of land near kanakapura. I am planning to sell 4.5 acres plus 1/2 acre kharab land. The land has got roads on both sides. That is the land is a corner property. Already stone poles are installed across the periphery of the land. I have planned to install solar fencing. The half acre kharab land is integrated with the main land, this is a elevated land around 30 to fifty feet from ground level with natural black rocks on it. there are beautiful hills sorrounding the land around 3 to 4 km apart. The soil is absolute red soil and is good for all kinds of crops since red soil has very good holding capacity. two bore wells have been drilled, each bore well yeilds water around 5hp capacity. The property is 75 km from jp nagar. please contact for further details.

Sorry for delayed reply, The land is located in bannimukkodlu village 5 km from hunasanahalli. The distance from kanakapura town is around 28-30 kms. Asking price is 7 lakhs/acre. The land is my own.
