I have 5 acres of land which is situated 2 kms from Sawantwadi. The land is very near to Mumbai-Goa highway (10 minutes walking distance) and it is very good for Agriculture as well as for development. If anyone intrested, I can be contacted

I have a real and long term interest in this area for floriculture, Permaculture and finally to a bio herbal farm and resort. (Business of commercially important flowers, foliages, herbal plants and trees.)
I have looked some area in Ratnagiri district. Land is available there as big plots for 60000 to 75000 rupees per acre.
I had been to Sawantwadi before a few years. I am from Kerala, now in Dubai.
What are your plans with this land?
Do you want to sell it or planning a joint venture?
If you really plan, you can make one lakh rupees per month from this 5 acre plot after the establishing period.

u have 5 acre land at sinddurga how much per acre in hou much name the land is owner hou is thetitle is clear call me
