I have 6,000 (1.48263244 acre) square meters of land available in Bimblitan, Port blair(Capital city) , Andaman(Kala Pani), India. Farmers or foreign investers can invest in agriculture here or keep and sell it later into plots. The place is very good and fertile, best for coconut farming, no water irrigation is required as here there are more rainy months than dry.
Just for your information, farmers are rich here because farm's gate price of Tomtatoes are 30-40 per kg. We buy tomatoes at 60 Rs per Kg from the market.

Papaya
Kiwi (Very costly here)
Dragonfruit (Nobody knows here what that is, be the first to farm)
