This is Khemraj Sharma from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh and I applied the Bank Loan for Land cultivation. But I need a complete project report for this process. Can you please provide a project report on land cultivation or a sample report.

2.Irrigation facilities available
3.Fruit crops or seasonal crops to taken up for cultivation
4.Loan amount required
5.Depending upon the crops taken up we have to decide to avail term loan or short term loan
6.Name of the farmer who is actually availing the loan

Project report must be prepared by an authorised farm consultant and it is his duty to get approval from bank. A Finance planing report also required from finance consultant to get your capacity for repayment of Bank loan. You are qualified to get 80% finance as loan and subsidy under NDA government new Agriculture bill. Kindly go to the web site of India government agriculture department and know the details.
