Wanted Labour required for Dairy in Himachal

My name is Dushyant Kaistha, I lives in Himachal Pradesh.
My home town is Shahpur, Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra.

I want to start a Dairy farm as i have 20 acres land for that.
I want permanent labor (preferable 2 families) Staff quarter ,medical aid ,land for agriculture will be provided to the labour with handsome salary package.
