Labour for agri

agrobee

New Member
I'm having 10 acres of red soil land in a hilly region in yercaud and plan to go for horticulture crops (banana, papaya & coffee) .Getting labour is a problem. But with providing extra money, I think I can get some labours.

Just want to know what is the model that every successful agri farmer here follows to hire & retain the labourers.I mean, other facilities.

Please share your thoughts. Would be useful for others too.

In order to get good labours firstly the govt should avoid giving freebees lik household products and free food materials to the people .... They have made them lathargic and they hesitate to work ...

Labour issue

Sirs,
Every one knew that gov schemes have made the labour shortage. I'm looking at methods to overcome that..

In a farm of size of 10 acres, do you think mechanization is an option that too in a hilly area?
