Vermicompost is an unique organic product which improves not only soil condition but it also contains plant nutrients -major, secondary and trace micronutrients along with important vitamins, enzymes and amino acids. It plays an effective role than all other organic inputs comparatively. If you apply one metric ton of vermicompost per acre really it does very in agriculture production.It supply direct nutrients slowly to the plants throughout its growth period. so all plants varieties can be grown using vermicompost. And by applying vermicompost we can either reduce other chemical fertilizers or even farmers can avoid using fertilizers when using vermicompost.
where as the humic acid even though being an organic inputs is not at all a stand alone product .However it can work in soil when applied in huge quantity say around 40 litres per acres thro soil application .but 40 litres of humic acid if purchased @ Rs.100 per litre it will cost 4000 rupees. so if humic acid is available @ 40 to 50 rs then production cost can be reduced by 2000 rupees. Humic acid application anything less than 40 litres per acre could not bring significant result .
But chinese humic products are available at cheaper price say Rs.25 to 35 per litre and are available at affordable price. It is also doing well in all farming methods
