I want to start a diary farm, but i don't know even abcd in this. so please help me.

1)different kinds of buffalo's, cow's and hybrid cow's
2)milk - ltr/day
3)cost for feeding /day
4)Their health in hot temperatures
5)avg cost of (buffalo / cow / hybrid cow)
