Dear Namrata,
The land is situated in raigarh district chattisgarh....The location of land is such that in next 3-5 years 7500 mw of power will be generated in the vicinity of that land...just one month before national highway is being commissioned for 4 lane and the tender has been given and also survey has been completed....it is sure that the price will increase 3-4 times in 3-5 years...The land is fertile in which you will start immidiate earning after investing through crops like paddy,sugarcane etc..for more details contact me.....
