Is there any difficulty if I cultivate Roses in Open land?

I'm planning to start Rose Cultivation in 10 Acres Open Land near to Hyderabad.

Can anybody shares their views on this. Coz, I just want to have a open discussion on this on practical issues like expenditure, maintenance, marketing support or ANY POSSIBILITY FOR EXPORT THE ROSES.

good i would like known whether you going stem rose or for loose rose flower for local markets.
It is cost for investment also.
