Dear Members,
I plan to establish goat farm in my village near nagercoil, kanyakumari dist, tamilnadu. I have 80 cents agri land with bore-well water facility and the land is not used for any purpose.
Can i start with 50 Tellicherry goats and increase gradually to 500 under raised floor farming technique?. Since i don't have more land to produce green fodder, can i use Hydrophonics green fodder machine and commercially available dry fodder to run this farm effectively? Will it harm goat? Will goat get all nutrients from these two foods? Will it be profitable?
