Is it possible to make 2 Lacs Per acre per annum from a farm with a good water supply

Dear sir,
Your land will be fertile with good water .The soil must be redsoil.You can earn morethan two lakh per annum.By planting Areca nut palms in one acre its possible.But you must select the best breed and variety like Thirthahali the traditional variety of karnataka.The yield will be started from the 4 th year onwards.By the by you can plant some intercrop cultivation like paniyur I,II,III variety in the foot oot every Areca palms.In between i.e vacant place availiable in areca nut palms tree you can plant Nutmeg its a purely shade require plant and best for intercultivation in areca palms ,coconut gardens.So that you can get much yield morethan you have expected.

you can make much more than 2 lacs with goat farming.
