We have at hand about 500 acres of fertile cultivable land valued at about Rs.15 crores in Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu. We seek expressions of interest from companies or individuals who would like to invest not less than Rs.30 lakhs each (totaling to Rs.3 crores) in the land to finance development plans.
The intended activities are:
1. Beema Bamboo for energy plantation
2. Biomass briquettes for the export market
3. Vermi-culture to manufacture compost
4. Organic farming for bulk sale (e.g. to Reliancefresh, etc.); we will be establishing cold storage facilities to support this.
Those investing will be offered proportionate management representation. Serious investors are encouraged to respond -
