Invitation to start a farm activity

Dear All,

I have a four acre farm with basic infrastructure such as fence, a borewell,
a shade of about 1800 sqft, two rooms etc. about 55 km from Pune towards
Mumbai.
I am intrested in leasing it to anyyone residing in Pune or to someone who is willing to reside on the farm iteself. The person should be keenly intrested in starting a farm activity and does not have funds to buy land. The terms of lease will be very flexible and minimal provided the person
interested is very keen to pursue his project sincerely. Those interested please reply with proposed project and background.

You can post on walls of your Farm too , as poor , needy but hardworking farmer won't be able to read your feelings here on net.

I am interested in helping those who are interested in helping thmeselves and not those seeking handouts and charity or free accommodation.

I am looking for young agriculture graduates who have education, aspiration and no means to fulfill their dream. Unfortunately my eperiment in trying out
poor and needy farmers failed because they rather prefered to live in handouts than sweating for meaningful income.
So, lets see. May be someone like you will at least spread the word around.

It is very thoughtful of you to look for a person who is interested in agriculture rather than give it to some person or industry.
