Intern At Modern Dairy Farm

Hello,
Im new to this forum and im a first generation farmer. I planned to start a dairy farm and i was well prepared theoretically such as barn design, cow comfort, fodder, farm equipments. But i need some practical training for some 2-3 months. can anybody suggest some dairy farm which offering intern or training in dairy farm in India or foreign countries.

Dairy Farm Training

Let the forum know the farm herd size in your mind because the systems are different. 10- cows, 25 cows/buffaloes, 100,300,500. Your posting clearly shows that you had already done your initial research. Your location? If herd size is more better to go abroad. If its below 300, India has many farms in A.P, Maharashtra etc. Please give some attention on various types of housing systems, its advantages and disadvantages, same for other systems like feeding,breeding, manure handling, milking etc. The systems will vary according to the herd size and your priorities.
