The Composting Machines consist of Shredder & Mixer for simultaneously mixing & Shredding of Waste for uniform size. The machine mixes the composting culture & Dry material such as Dry leaves, Saw Dust etc., with the Shredded Waste for Absorption of Excess moisture.
All the Machine Wetted parts are in SS 304.
Geared Motors are with energy efficient in line Helical Gearbox.
Control Panel with Automatic Microelectronic components with preset batch Time.
Machine with Built-in safety for stopping machine in case of lid Open.
Easy control panel access from rear side of machine.
The 100% segregated organic bio-degradable waste can be treated in the composting machines.
The batch machine works in two process stages of 5min.each to complete one cycle.
In initial 5min.the machine crushes the waste & mixes it homogeneously with bio-decomposition culture.
In the second stage, this homogeneous mixture is further mixed & Churned with Saw Dust/ bagasse/ Cured Compost etc., to soak the excess water content from the biomass which ultimately deodorizes it.
The raw compost is now ready for unloading which is unloaded with the help of handle fitted on with worm wheel operated decanter lid.
Later this pre-composted mass is kept for curing in the Curing Bays or Curing Drum or Curing Pits for about 12 days. Optimum irrigation has to be observed to the curing system.
After the 12th day the compost is ready and can be used for field applications.
