Information on Green Fodder & Dry Fodder

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to start the Sheep & Goat farming with 500 animal.

Here i want to know the how much land is required for 500+ animals, i have around 20 acre of land.

How much green fodder we need to give per animal per day and what are the green fodder are available in the market.

I heard that Co4 variety will give 300 tons of yield per anum per acre.

Is co 4 is sufficient for green fodder or we need to give some other like maize green fodder.

How can v prepare the Maize Silage.

Can we make silage from co 4.

I heard that TMR is the best feed for the animals.

How can v prepare the TMR feed for Sheep & Goat.

Please suggest me, it is very help to me.

For 50 sheep or goats 1 acre is reuired and for shed each sheep or goat requires 10 sq. ft.
for 50 sheep or goat 1 acre of fodder cultivation is required.
dnt go for co4 only feeding of co4 napier is not recommended for animals because it contains chemical of oxalites, for monocot you go for cofs29 and then for decot you go for hedge lucerne.
maize is not viable. ( after dry maize you go for feed)
silage is not recommended becoz of high risk of contamination and you have to give optimum level as a fodder/food.
instead of silage you go for a hydroponics.
you have to make a feed from your farm then it will be viable.
