Hello,

Can i have the details on drip & splinker irrigation in Andhrapradesh. Whom to contact for the information & how much subsidy will be granted per acre. Can i have the related sites to visit for the information.

In Andra pradesh Department of Horticulture is implementing various horticultural schemes to encourage the farmers in cultivation of need based crops under fruits, vegetables, spices, Coconuts, Cashew and oilpalm with a thrust on drip irrigation.
The farmers are being provided with subsidy on total cost of drip installation @ 50% of SC/ST/Women, small and marginal farmers
and 35% for other general category farmers not exceeding Rs.22,500/- per ha. And Rs.16000/- respectively, whichever is less Upto 4ha. per beneficiary family.
