Gerbara flowers can be cultivated in poly houses . The cost of poly will be Rs.9.35 Lakhs per 1000 sq mts, National Horticulture Board is giv ing 50% subsidy earlier .The NHB stopped giving subsidy from April2016. Hence, it may difficult for you to invest huge amount for construction of poly house. You may also need Rs.-4.00 to 4.50 Lakhs for cultivation expenses for gerbara flowers. The profit will be averate 3-4 lakhs per annum. The flowers can be marketed in cities like Kolkata and district centres which are used for decoration purpose.
