I need your suggessions on obtaining some information from AP revenue department under Information act.
Context: We have bought appx 10acrs land in Nellore district, AP. I recently went to VRO(Village Revenue Officer) to apply for a Passbook. He said that some portion of my land goes under Ceiling, however, i am sure that my land is patta and that can not be touched by GOVT. I know that others land in one of my Survey number gets effected by Ceiling act. I visited Mandal Revenue Office to seek better information, unfortunately they are so rude and not willing to talk even. I understood that the entries of survey number 31 left blank due to some reasons. I really want to know what is going on in survey number 31 to see if my portion of land is safe and i am allowed to apply for a passbook.
Question:
How to obtain latest information on Survey number 31 and possibly latest Adangal? I understood that Information act solves my issue, but i dont know how to proceed, pls suggest.
