Indian Cotton export fetches low price than of China. Why?

My question is regarding cotton exports. India is producing cotton and China is purchasing it at 4 times the cost as in India. But the cotton byproducts of China which are being sold at USA is much cheaper than the cotton products exported to US by India. Why this phenomenon is happening? Can you explain with details of prices.

Yes China having only half the area of cotton production as compared to India, produces one and-a-half times more cotton, has one-and-a-half times the world market share and three times the yield.
