We have land for 110 acres near Madurai in Tamil Nadu, western Ghat and project report for medicinal plants, amala and mangoes as main crops, which already have buyers against 100% buy back agreements. We also manage animals, mushrooms, honey, vegetables and make organic fertilizers, pesticides, soil conditioner, organic manure to meet day today expenses for our main crops as profit. Cost of the land is Rs.10 crores and investment requires Rs.10 crores for infrastructure and working capital. We shall arrange 70% subsidy and loan against cost of project, Rs.10 crores. After 3 years, once the complete land is certified as organic, we can export our all products for long terms. In the mean time, we will try to make organic meat, which shall be the first venture in India for export market. To make organic products, we will implement "Zero budget natural farming" (ZBNF) system (kindly refer web site and facebook for more details) to make organic products without money. Within 10 years (amala plantations will be matured in 7th year) we will get our cost of project as profit, after bank loan is settled. In the mean time we will establish a man-made rain-forest with 1000 different medicinal herbs, plants and trees in the middle of the farm with tourist cottages for eco tourism and farm tourism for students, scientists, researchers to study ZBNF system and Indian medicinal plants. We have land near Attappady in the middle of forests of western ghats in Palakkad district, Kerala for 18 acres for Rs.2 crores for the above project and require Rs. 2 crores for a miniature shape of the above project (medicinal plants as main crop).
