I want to venture into agriclture profession in Karnataka

Hi all,

I am interested in buying a wetland in Karnataka for agricultre purpose.
Here the problem is, in karnataka without pani we can not buy agri land.
So is there an alternate way to buy land, what if we want to start agri as a new profession, why is such a rule, which hinders our aspiration?

Please guide me, if I can realise my dream.

Procedure

Hi Rakesh,

I appreciate your decision. If you want to buy agricultural lands in Karnataka, firstly, you have to choose the lands which you want to buy and secondly, you have to prepare an agreement with seller. Lastly, you have to apply for the permission to local Tasildhar to buy lands based on your agreement and income etc. My advice to you is to approach the nearest Taluka office and enquire the detail procedure.

Professionally Iam farmer in agriculture field.
I am interested to work in software field.

I don't know why software/other companies are not giving me an opportunity for me! why is such a rule/system, which hinders MY aspiration?

Here the problem is, in software/Co. field, qualification and experience is must to get software/Co. job. Likewise, in order to protect farmers taking birth in Farmer family & living in karnataka having ownership of land, it is difficult for non agriculturist to buy agriculture land.

In both the above cases, qualification/ status i.e. Agriculture/Software is the point to note. Software cannot allow Agriculturist and Agriculture will not allow software. (Pls. change and replace your job in place of Software if your from other field then software)

So is there an alternate way to be in agriculture sector, why can't you to start agri related activities like making value added products, introducing agriculture related products which may increase productivity in agriculture produce. Their you will get involved as a new profession to realise your dream.

If you can call me (Contact is in ID) then after getting complete details from you and your family members, then can find solution for you dream of having owning land on you/your family members if possible.
