I want to start a nursery. Need guidance

I'm from Assam and want to start nursery of beautiful trees and plants for decoration. I'm a fresher and don't have any knowledge can anyone help me out in starting.

Sir The field selected by you is very vast.Just narrow down .What plants you prefer?
 

Sir, I'll be doing in small scale but I don't know what type of climate is required for which plant, it will be very much thankfull if you suggest me in this regard...
