If you are going to grow goats in your own farm and not take it for grazing, then you need to have fodder generated within the farm. 75% of the expenses towards goat farming is towards feed.
You can start goat farming even with 1 or 2 goats and depending on the size of the farm and the available area within that, I can suggest better.
