Wanted i am in need of 10000 plants of Tissue culture pomogranate plants

Dear all,

Please guide me which brand of Tissue culture pomegranate plants should i buy for my plantation.
there are different views some say Jains are good others say Cadilla ,in serious doubt.
Is it a fact that Tissue culture plants have a certain amount of resistance to Bacterial blight .

Please advice.
