I am in need of 10 acres (Clear title) land, but my budget is Rs. 25000 – Rs. 30000 per acre. (With some water source – canal/bore)

Location: Preferably Madhya Pradesh.

Purpose: Small scale Subsistence farming for my self and family.

Will need help with - A) Purchase B) Land Registry C) Electricity Connection

We are on 2012.
People are very well aware of land cost.
Almost impossible to get at that rate.
Kindly do not try for such attempts where you will buy double registered land with out knowing.
I suggest you to take land for lease & cultivate.

Even i thought as much - that lands these days in desert also cost more. But if there is any clear title available at such rate in tamil nadu pl share in this thread as i will be keen to buy.

Need agricultural land for lease anywhere in andhra pradesh. If it is there reply me with annual rental and let me know agriculture depends only on bores or any canals or any other alternate water facility available. what type of soil they consists and currently what crops are planted? If I accept the deal of lease when can I get them into my hands?
