TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Terms of Payment is 50% advance on the date of confirmation and balance against delivery and VAT 4 % extra.

v All Types of Dye sets available ( Round, Square, Star)
v Raw Materials : Rs.1.50 per leaf ( Including transport Charges)
v Raw Materials 1 Load 10000 Leafs x 1.50= Rs.15,000/-
v Machine Deliver Time Maximum 40 days
v 50% of Advance amount should be paid on the time of order booking.
v MSME / Small scale Industries Certificate will be given.
v Working Contract Agreement will be given.
There ia an AGREEMENT between our Company and your company and is to be signed in the stamp paper ensuring the Areca Sheath raw material supply and confirmed sales ,getting back the plate from you.
v One year Guarantee for machine.
