First of all i want to say one thing,agriculture income is tax free.

I want to explain this briefly

eg: any rent or revenue derieved from land (by lease or by cultivating),nurseries,floriculture etc.

here in my chittoor district lot of subsidies,concession, bank loans, free electricity,lots of support from

nabarad, nabcom services, very near to bangalore, chennai cities,good market for all products, pleasant

cliamatic conditions, good quality lands at reasonable price.

Note: we charge 2000 RS as a site inspection charges(only one time) refundable after agreement 2%

as commission.

we manage a network of brokers across hosur, dodaballapur, mysore, kolar, chittoor.

Site inspection charges towards defraying the cost of regular transportation , TA & DA for brokers.

we also provide all agricultural related services to our clients..
