Hello sir,
the procedure is same as of that to open general fruit and vegetable shop, on the other hand you can procure the materials only from Organic certified firms only, now a days so many organic certified firms are available in market. as for as fruit and vegetable is concerned get the material from organic certified and there are NGOs or Organic associations the farmers under them are given with certificate where you can purchase the them. for details you may contact.Dr.Gurudat,Assistant Director of Horticultrue, ED,Jaivika Krishikaa society.Bengalore-9448182516
