Probably little bit reading will give you some basics, a few books
zero budget natural farming (3 book series) - Subash Palekar
One Straw Revolution - Masanobu Fukuoka
Plenty for all - Dhabholkar
Just google and you will find them in indian book stalls, if not send me a private message
Also do visit a number of organic farmers in your region
Basically with mulching with plant residues fertility will be improved.So try to grow different types of legumes which will also make lot of nitrogen available to you.
