how to obtain shetkari certificate if im not one.

HI i want to start goat farming in mahad but i m new to it . A bit confused with shetkari law since im from city want to settle in village and buy aland how can i transfer some ones land in my name. or obtain a shetkari certificate .wll be glad if i get some help.Thank you.

If you are not a farmer then you cannot get a certification in Maharashtra. You will need to buy land from either Tamil Nadu or Rajasthan and then use that certificate to register your land.

What is you budget and how big a land are you looking at?
