how to market mushroom which grown

Hello,
sir/madam

i have a plan to grown button mushroom and how can i get profit and market it easily , i have plan to grow near by 100 km from bangalore ..pls help me
 

Hi,

You need to plan market for your mushroom as it is highly perishable. Since you are at initial stage, you can tie up with nearby restaurants, canteens, hostels etc. Once your volume is big than you can tie up with Star Hotels. Once vol. is more bigger, you can opt for production of dried mushroom and can even start exporting it. Get idea of mushroom market from your nearest apmc market also.
