How to grow capsicum in open field

Generally capsicum is being cultivated under shade net, polyhouses and green houses ,. However open field cultivation can be taken up but yield will be lesser and pests and diseases incidence may be more.

Thank you for the answers. But in Telengana State Capsicums are grown in open fields in winter.
I was expecting guidance end to end in growing capsicum from nursery land preparation fertilizer application planting pesticide caution of pest and harvesting etc.
 

Can any one guide me how to grow Rose and how to improve yield.
It is said per acre rose flower yield should be 100 kgs per day an average.
But I could not achieve more than 30 kgs per day from 9 months plants.
The verities grown are Five Star, Star lite, Sented Rose, Tomato color Rose
Total plants 9000.
