How to grow "AYIRAI" fish in the farm?

Hi,

Give me some idea how to grow "AYIRAI" fish (it is very small fish, generic name is Loach fish) in Farm. Usually the fish seen or grows in Paddy's fields with fresh water. whether it is possible to grow the ayirai fish in the farm. Have any one tried it?
