How to do Banana Cultivation?

Hi,

I have 1 acre Land, which depends only Rain water. Rice, Pulse has grown earlier only during Rainy season, I would like know what is the best way to do utilize this Land. Land is in Mukhiguda, Distt. Kalahandi, Orissa. Thinking of Banana Tree. Please let me know your thoughts.
 

Dear Sir

If u are planning for banana in rainfed condition than its too difficult as banana is a irrigated crop. u can try out other plants or trees instead. U can utilize that lans for cultivation of medicinal plants.
